The story of THE HEIGHTS began 50 years ago with a mango grove planted by a Balinese family. Now 15-meter-high trees have formed a picturesque space. We have preserved the garden and the history of the place with it. Thus, the mango grove became the fulcrum of the project and the center of the complex’s architecture.


It was the garden that set the atmosphere and the architecture that framed, preserved, and enhanced the magic of the place.
Architectural bureau SEEU is a young team of architects that specializes in creating complex solutions and transforming modern public spaces.

The bureau’s clients include well-known Russian restaurateurs and development groups.

The team is now based and working in Bali, participating in technical supervision at all stages of construction.

The island vibe was carefully preserved

The private residences building with two fully functional floors and a residential rooftop were delicately integrated into the mango garden.

The search for contemporary Ubud style led us to laconic wooden facades with lots of greenery, mystical traditional stone sculptures and signature design elements that set a unique and recognizable style.

We have managed to retain an atmosphere of calm, serenity, and dense ethnicity — everything that has developed in the area before us.

Infrastructure

We have found a nice balance between private and public, satisfying residents' needs for places to relax, work and walk.

The complex has everything that is required for a comfortable holiday for a modern cosmopolite — a restaurant, a spa zone, walking alleys, a co-working space, and a garden with a swimming pool.

The created environment is ideal for networking: we have thought over platforms for local events, meetings, yoga, or sports. All residents will have the opportunity to watch sunrises and sunsets on a special Sunset Tower in the restaurant area.

The project THE HEIGHTS is integrated into an existing 50-year-old mango grove. The perennial trees create a unique and picturesque atmosphere in the complex and provide an excellent escape from the heat and rain.
The panoramic windows of our residences offer magnificent views of cultivated rice fields and the river. These fields are not to be developed and the surrounding landscape is fully formed, so you won’t be disturbed by nearby construction or bothered by the loss of your view!

In Indonesian law there are three types of land status, where green zone is agricultural, yellow zone is residential and purple zone is free to any commercial use. The Heights land site has a purple zone status, which is fully consistent with the functions of the area.

Such investments are not legally protected, the properties cannot be legally rented out and the construction has a risk of demolition.
